FieldPrivacy PolicyEffective 22 September 2026
CHI Field Companion ("the service") is provided by CHI Consultants Ltd, Malta ("we"). They apply to the organisation that subscribes ("the customer") and to everyone the customer invites to its workspace.
Each customer works inside its own organisation. A person may be invited to more than one organisation but works in one at a time, and records are never combined across organisations. The owner controls who is invited, what role they hold and when their access ends. Sign-in details, PINs and device access must not be shared.
The service may not be used unlawfully, to store content the customer has no right to hold, to attempt to reach another organisation's records, to probe or bypass security controls, or to resell access without agreement. We may suspend access where continued use puts other customers or the service at risk.
The customer remains the controller of the client information it enters. We process it only to run the service, under the data-processing terms and the Privacy Policy. Customers may export their records and may ask for deletion when the agreement ends, subject to the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
Assistant and drafting features send the minimum information needed to answer the request to Lovable's AI service, which routes it to the model provider. Content is not used to train models. The Privacy Policy names the providers and lists when client information is processed. Output is a draft: it must be checked before it is relied on or sent to a client.
We do not hold standing access to a customer's records. Where we need to look at real records to resolve a fault, the owner grants a time-limited, purpose-specific support window covering only the screens or records they select. It is read-only and masked by default, fully audited, revocable at once and expires automatically.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is carried out with as little disruption as possible. Material changes to these terms are notified in advance through the service or by e-mail.
Subscription fees, currency and billing period are those stated at sign-up. Either side may end the agreement at the end of a billing period; we may end it earlier for serious or repeated breach. On termination the customer may export its records for thirty days, after which they are deleted from live systems and then from backups on the ordinary backup cycle.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the law of Malta and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: info@chi.com.mt.
